Do I enjoy any interest free period on cash?
The interest free period is limited only to the retail transactions & does not include cash transactions. The interest starts accruing from the date of cash withdrawal.
What is the interest Rate that is applicable to me?
The interest applicable to you is 3.3% per month.
When do you charge me a Mark Up?
A Mark up is charged to the tune of 3.5% every time you do an international transaction. Cash and Retail transactions will both attract a Mark up.
When do you charge me an over limit charge?
If your transactions cross 100% of your credit limit, you will be charged a flat over limit fee of Rs 500 in each billing cycle that you are over limit.
When do you charge me a late payment fee?
If in a billing cycle your payment received till the payment due date is lesser than MAD it will attract a flat late payment charge of Rs 550 in the next billing cycle.

Yes, Add-on Cards are available on Urbane Gold Card for a fee of Rs. 299.

What is the Urbane Reward program? How do I redeem my Reward Points?
The Urbane Reward program allows you to earn 3 reward points on every Rs.100 spent. You can earn reward points across all your retail spends.
You can redeem the reward points against all grocery, apparel and departmental store purchases. You need to do a grocery, apparel or departmental store transaction & simply sms urbane followed by the number of points to be redeemed to 5676788 from your registered mobile number.
Redemption Request should be made up to 3 days before the generation of the card statement in which the grocery, apparel or departmental store transaction is made.
What are the minimum Reward Points I can redeem?
A minimum of 1000 reward points are required for redemption.
When do my points expire?
Points will expire after two years from the date they are earned.
If I change my mind, how can I cancel my reward redemption request?
Sorry! Once you have made your redemption request, your request cannot be cancelled.
