Customer Offer:

Two highest spender every hour (between 10 am – 10 pm) on Visa Bill Pay (www.visabillpay.in) will win an iPod


Eligibility:

  • Eligible Transactions: All successful Verified by Visa transactions made only on www.visabillpay.in between 10:00 AM and 10:00 PM everyday
  • Eligible Cards: All Visa Credit & Debit cards issued by Banks in India which are offering Verified by Visa
  • All registered & non- registered Visa Bill Pay users are eligible for the program
  • Winners will be selected basis highest value of cumulative transactions on a card during every hour. Cardholder selected once as winner to receive an iPod will not qualify again to be a winner

Winner Selection & Reward Fulfillment:

  • Winner selection will be done by Visa
  • Winner will be sent an email from Visa Bill Pay informing about their win within 7 days from the day of transaction
  • Winner must respond to the email from Visa Bill Pay with his/her complete mailing address not later than 7days of receiving the email confirmation to be eligible for the reward
  • Within 60 days after the end of the program period (6th February 2012), iPod will be delivered to cardholders address through a Visa approved vendor
  • Validity: From 7th December 2011 to 6th February 2012

Terms and Conditions

  • The offer is valid only for a select set of Kotak Credit Cardholders (“Cardholder”) who have received this written communication from Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited (“Bank”). Bank reserves the right to make this offer to any of its Cardholders at its sole discretion.
  • The Promotion will be held during the period from 7th December 2011 to 6th February 2012 (both inclusive) (the “Offer Period”)
  • All Cardholders are advised to check the detailed terms and conditions of VISA at https://www.visabillpay.in/ before availing the offer.
  • This offer cannot be combined with any other offers/discounts/promotions.
  • Bank is only promoting the offer on behalf of VISA, and Bank shall not be responsible or liable in any manner whatsoever for any deficiency or inadequacy of service rendered by VISA, for the quality of the product/s under the offer or for any loss whatsoever of any nature suffered by any Cardholder.
  • Cardholders shall not be entitled to compensation / benefits in any form whatsoever in lieu of the offer being availed. The offer cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
  • Cardholders are not bound in any manner to participate in this offer. Any participation by the Cardholder shall be voluntary. VISA will use best efforts to ensure the offers are provided as described, but Cardholders shall not make any claim or seek compensation against VISA or Bank, even in the event that the offers are not provided or provided as described (whether or not such non provision is due to fault, negligence on the part of Bank or VISA)
  • VISA or Bank reserves the absolute right to withdraw and / or alter any of the terms and conditions of the offer at any time without giving any notice.
  • Any dispute relating to the offer or the terms and conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts in Mumbai only
