BCCL - VISA INDIA CARDHOLDER PRIVILEGES
Holders of Kotak Visa Cards (as defined below), “Visa Cardholders”, who use their Visa Cards to patronize the Promotion Outlets during the Promotion Period will be entitled to the cardholder privileges set out below subject to the specified terms and conditions
Visa Cards means the following Visa consumer credit cards issued by banks or financial institutions ("Visa Issuers") in India:
- Kotak Visa Gold
- Kotak Visa Platinum
- Kotak Visa Signature
(collectively known as “Visa Cards”)
Promotion Outlets: Participating Barista Lavazza outlets in India (Cardholders must check whether the outlet is a participant in the Promotion before placing order)
Promotion Period: From 15th April 2011 to 31st March 2012 (both dates inclusive)
Validity: From 15 April 2011 till 31 March 2012

Terms and Conditions
- The Promotion is strictly exclusive to payments made using Visa Cards issued in India.
- Validity of the Promotion is for the Promotion Period only, at the Promotion Outlets
- The prices are exclusive of taxes and service charges
- Promotion offers are available on Dine-in only.
- Visa Cardholders are not bound in any manner to participate in the Promotion. Any participation by the Cardholder shall be voluntary and all the offers made by Visa & BCCL are promotional on the best effort basis. Visa Cardholders can also make transactions at BCCL outlets without participating in this program and availing the offers.
- Visa shall not be responsible for, nor does it guarantee the quality of goods and services provided by any of the BCCL outlets nor is Visa liable for any deficiency in the products or inadequacies of the services so obtained or availed of by the Visa Cardholder from an outlet.
- The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, coupons or special offers. The benefits offered in the Promotion are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other merchandise.
- Rates are based on published rates in the menu, and subject to service charges and statutory taxes. Offer redemption is the sole responsibility of the participating BCCL outlets. Visa is not responsible for any charge/cancellation of the Promotion, or failure/inability to fulfil the Promotion offers, by any of the Promotion Outlets.
- By using or participating in any of the offers in the Promotion, or attempting to do so, Visa Cardholders irrevocably accept the terms and conditions of the Promotion
- Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Promotion or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Delhi only irrespective of whether courts / tribunals in other areas have concurrent or similar jurisdiction.
