Terms and conditions: Visa - Tanishq offer

• The discount offer by Tanishq, a jewellery division of M/s Titan Industries Limited (TIL), is valid till 31st May 2010 unless otherwise specified.
• The Visa cardholders consisting of Visa Gold, Platinum, Signature and Infinite cards (credit and debit cards) should pay with their Visa card at any of the Tanishq boutiques across India to avail of the discount. This discount offer is valid only at Tanishq boutiques within India. Offer is not valid on ‘Zoya’ outlets.
• This offer is valid only if 100% of the payment is made through Visa Gold, Platinum, Signature and Infinite cards (credit and debit cards) issued in India, and no other payment mode would be allowed.
• Under this offer the Visa card holders can avail a 6% discount on purchase of Tanishq diamond jewellery above Rs. 25,000/- and a 15% off on making charges on purchase of Tanishq plain gold jewellery above Rs. 25,000/- during the offer term offered by Tanishq. Decision of eligible Visa card holders is final and binding.
• This discount does not apply for purchase of silver coins & items, solitaires, studded solitaires, coloured stone products, kundan & polki, PJWS, gold coins and platinum products, UCP products.
• This offer is a standalone offer and the benefits offered under this offer cannot be clubbed together and/or in any way be cumulated with any other offer of TIL in any manner, or form.
• “TIL” will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding the validity or acceptability of the offer.
• Visa card holders are not bound in anyway to participate in the offer. Any such participation is voluntary and the same is being made purely on a “best effort basis”.
• VISA shall not be responsible or liable in any manner whatsoever for any deficiency or inadequacy of products / services rendered by TIL for any loss whatsoever of any nature.
• VISA Cardholders shall not be entitled to compensation / benefits in any form whatsoever in lieu of the VISA Tanishq Offer being availed
• VISA shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever or howsoever for any loss or damage or claims that may arise out of or otherwise howsoever from any refusal to honour the offer made under the VISA Tanishq Offer for any reason whatsoever.
• VISA & TIL reserves the absolute right to withdraw and / or alter any of the terms and conditions of this VISA Tanishq Offer at any time without giving any notice.
• Any dispute relating to the offer or the terms and conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts in Mumbai only. The disputes if any shall be governed under the provisions of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended up to date) .
• Information about the offer is correct at the time of publication.
• Offer under VISA Tanishq Offer may be subject to other restrictions by law.
