Insurance Program - Offer Terms and Conditions
- The Bonus Reward Points offer ("the offer") is valid only for Kotak Royale & Kotak League Credit Card holders ("Card holders").
- These terms and conditions shall be read in addition to and in conjunction with the terms and conditions set out in the Cardholder Agreement of the Bank. In the event of conflict between the offer terms and conditions and the conditions of Cardholder Agreement, these terms and conditions shall prevail, unless otherwise specified hereunder.
- In Bonus Reward Points offer, Bank will award two reward points for every Rupees 100 spent.
- The offer is valid on all transactions made for Insurance premium payment, from 1st February 2010 to 31st March 2010.
- Bonus Reward Points will be offered to the Cardholders on transactions which are classified under the Merchant Category Code (MCC) "Insurance Sales, Underwriting, and Premiums" and "Direct Marketing – Insurance Services", as defined by VISA.
- Bonus Reward Points are not offered on transactions undertaken at Merchant Establishments not classified under the Merchant Category Code (MCC) “Insurance Sales, Underwriting, and Premiums” and “Direct Marketing – Insurance Services”, as defined by VISA.
- Rewards points will be posted in the credit card statement within 30 days of end of the offer period.
- The Bank reserves the absolute right to change / modify / withdraw / suspend / cancel the offer at any time without giving any notice and without assigning any reason.
- Any person availing this offer shall be deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions.
- The decision of the Bank in all matters in connection with an incidental to these offers is final and shall be binding on all persons.
